Meet the team that makes things happen
Sheena has run her own media agency with a firm but objective planning and buying ethos since launch, building strong relationships with the media that our clients so often depend upon (as well as those they don’t). She has experience across all key business markets in the UK and internationally.
Having worked for boutique media departments, large corporations and start-ups, (she set up what became one of the largest B2B agencies in the UK), she decided to do it herself and set up MacCormack Media in 2003, out of London, so there were none of the high costs. She is dedicated to delivering tailored media solutions for all clients – big or small – and still very much enjoys the cut and thrust of media planning and buying, as well as running a successful business.
Sheena oversees all the activity for all clients, and has a very collaborative work ethic with all her colleagues, and works closely with them all on new business planning.
Office Manager & Financial Controller
Maxine joined MacCormack Media in 2014, and immediately made a massive difference to the professional running of the business. Eagle-eyed, she will spot an error a mile off.
Maxine handles all the financial and office management aspects of the business day-to-day and ensures we follow all the processes properly – or else! Maxine runs a very tight ship and accuracy is her watch word for invoicing and payment in the UK and overseas.
As well as handling MacCormack Media, Maxine also looks after 3 lively horses in her spare time.
Associate Media Director
After more than 20 years working for small independent agencies and specialising in healthcare advertising, Faye has extensive experience of animal health covering veterinary, farming and pet markets working with a variety of blue-chip clients in this sector.
Faye joined MacCormack Media in 2017 and, as well as expanding her agricultural knowledge, she applies a fresh and creative eye to the B2B and B2C markets she is involved in. Faye’s attention to detail and diligence is a real boon when dealing with Publishers and other agencies, with whom she works closely.
Lizzie started her career in video post-production, gaining valuable experience as an account manager for high profile clients in both the music and film industries.
Since joining MacCormack Media, Lizzie has gained invaluable experience planning and buying campaigns across all media, within a number of B2B market sectors. She has also worked across B2C markets and was integral in the managing of the digital activity for one of the UK’s biggest Courier services.
Sarah has extensive experience in Sales Management, building relationships with high profile clientele, administration and knowledge of the Interior Design Industry and project management in property development.
She joined MacCormack Media 2015 and is responsible for monitoring competitive print activity for all our clients and their competitors. Sarah’s analysis of the print usage has been vital in helping us understand our clients competitor’s media strategy, and helped drive clients into new areas of creativity. She ensures all clients’ ads appear correctly, and supports each planner/buyer with a vouchering service, spotting when the publishers misplace the ads, or reproduce them poorly.
Digital Campaign and Print Media Executive
Lauren joined MacCormack Media in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of marketing experience from previous roles in various industry sectors (film finance, medical, financial, local government, and leisure). She single-handedly ran the marketing departments of two local golf clubs using a combination of online and printed campaigns to promote membership and events. Currently, Lauren handles all the digital activity for our clients; implementing, monitoring and analysing all the results and optimising the activity, to ensure each and every campaigns is successful. Lauren works closely with all the team members, and brings a really fresh viewpoint to the business. She recently attained the IPA Foundation Certificate in Advertising, and is currently studying for the IDM Award in SEO and PPC.
Lauren is also very active on all Social Media platforms, ensuring we share the latest news about the media and key industries in which our clients work.
